My two cents on bailing out the automakers

Wow, I never thought that all the problems that plague this country could be solved so easily! One stroke of a pen really is nothing when you think about it. I don’t know about Henry Paulson but I can sign my name it about 5 seconds flat. I do try to sign it legibly though, I try to make every letter count.
My two cents to Mr. Paulson, save your 5 seconds and don’t sign the document. Is it really the job of the government to help failing companies? The big three have been losing money for years, thanks in large part to the choke-hold of the UAW. I’m tired of my money being used to help companies that have been managed poorly. The bailout of banks was bad enough. Of course, this 25 billion dollars would theoretically come from the 700 billion that passed last month.
Mr. Reid, simply throwing money at a problem is rarely the best solution.
